Signature Style

The signature high rise building broke ground in 2016 making way for a 27-story luxury residential tower. The construction team is making great progress and has already completed the first elevated pour. The project located in the heart of Buckhead is being developed by Wood Partners and will offer 267 units of high-end residential apartments, with a luxury sky club, covered terrace and 4 stories of parking in a podium-level deck. Located on a tight site, the project is adjacent to the Park Avenue and Park Regency Condominium projects that Gilbane Building Company completed many years ago.

"We are truly excited to have the opportunity to work with Wood Partners on such a high profile project," said Jim Pritchett, Senior Project Executive Gilbane Building Company. "It is especially significant to Gilbane since when we completed the adjacent residential tower in 1999, the expectation was we would build the next tower shortly thereafter. Little did we know it would take 17 years to begin construction." The project, designed by Reese Vanderbilt & Associates, is anticipated to complete May of 2018.
