Project Overview

Northwestern Mutual, a leading financial services company that has been helping people and business achieve financial security for more than 165 years, is making an investment in its Milwaukee, Wis.-based headquarters campus to expand its world-class workplace and employee experience. The transformation of the Northwestern Mutual North Office Building will include a full building modernization to visually complement the company’s adjacent Tower and Commons Building, enhanced workplace amenities, event space for employees and field network of financial advisors, and greater connectedness to the downtown environment for public engagement.

During these sessions, the project team will present the program overview, new/upcoming bid opportunities, the procurement process, and the economic inclusion requirements.
