Anthony has presented more than 3,500 paid communication workshops, seminars and speeches in his career, and was named a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) by The National Speakers Association, an honor awarded to less than 12% of its speakers worldwide. 

Anthony's 25 year career includes tenures as a news reporter and senior editor, crisis management specialist, media relations consultant and executive speech coach. He owns Reputation Management, LLC, one of the nations leading communications training and crisis consulting companies.

His past client work includes a wide variety of advertising, public relations and communications initiatives for hundreds of trade associations, municipalities and companies, including Nike, Victoria's Secret, Eli Lilly, Nationwide Insurance, The Kroger Company, Proctor & Gamble and many more.

Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University.

Niraj Dangoria currently serves as the Associate Dean for Facilities Planning and Management at the Stanford University School of Medicine (SoM). In his current role, Niraj is responsible for the efficient and sustainable operation of the SoM facilities. He leads a team of professionals who are responsible for planning, design, and construction of SoM projects, facilities operations, health and safety, real estate operations and the SoM conference center. He is also responsible for managing and reporting on all SoM academic and research space.
Prior to joining Stanford University in 2007, Niraj spent 20 years working in public higher education. His experiences include shaping the physical development of three distinct public institutions.

Dave Heppner
Senior Vice President Strategy Business Development at Marathon Petroleum Corporation

Mr. Heppner is senior vice president, Strategy and Business Development. Mr. Heppner is also senior vice president for MPLX GP LLC.  Mr. Heppner joined Marathon in 1988, where he held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, including design engineer, construction engineer and project manager. In 1995, Mr. Heppner transferred to Emro Marketing Company, the predecessor of Speedway LLC, where he held various positions including purchasing and commercial services manager; business development manager; director of engineering services; and vice president of operations. In 2010, he was appointed director, wholesale marketing at MPC. In
2014, Mr. Heppner was appointed vice president of transition at Speedway. He was later named senior vice president of engineering services and corporate support at Speedway. He was named vice president, Commercial and Business Development in 2018 and assumed his current position in 2021.

Monica Schroeder, Ed.D. currently serves as the Deputy Superintendent of North Shore School District 112 where she has worked since 2006. She is responsible for the oversight of all human resources functions, coaches and supports principals, the Directors of Technology and Communications, and serves as acting superintendent in his absence. Monica is the President of the Illinois American Association of School Personnel Administrators (IASPA) and the Region 2 Representative for the American Association of School Personnel Administrators (AASPA).

Tim is currently serving as the Vice President of Capital Projects at Northeastern University.  He leads a team of approximately 50 project managers that manage construction projects across the Universities global campuses.  He is working to improve project management and construction management protocols and client engagement and satisfaction.  It’s his role to improve means and methods to better meet client expectations using lead tools, teamwork, mentoring and leadership.

Prior to NU, he served as Associate Director of Construction at Wellesley College while they initiated their $500 million campus-wide deferred maintenance program.   He also led their team in the design and construction of the college’s new Science complex.

He has worked on numerous public and private projects in Massachusetts, New York City and Philadelphia, most of which worked to increase diversity within the design and construction industries.  He served on former Mayor John Street’s Diversity Committee, helping create economic opportunities for disadvantaged contractors during the construction of the Philadelphia Eagles Lincoln Financial Field stadium.

He is currently involved with several others within the Boston area to create a consortium of like-minded owners that hopefully, with their joint voice, force more real long-term equity improvements within AEC. This group includes members of several large and small higher-eds as well as most of the state’s public construction agencies.

He also has responsibility of providing strategic leadership in the areas of asset reliability and oversight for various sustainability initiatives for the organization.  He started his career at Campbell just a litte of a year ago. 

Bob has over 35 years of experience in the food industry, having held Supply Chain leadership positions with Kraft Foods and Schreiber Foods, including Strategy, Operations, Quality, Commercialization and Engineering. He previously led Engineering for the Cheese & Dairy Division of KraftHeinz prior to coming to Campbells.

With more than 39 years of consulting, engineering and construction experience, John leads Ørsted’s Region Americas Offshore Construction interfacing with Ørsted’s global construction leadership while coordinating with the Region Americas. John also has oversight of the US port/harbor development portfolio and supports key port development projects.

Chas manages all engineering workstreams that seek to achieve Campbell’s Sustainability goals. He previously managed the Utilities and Infrastructure group providing technical support in the areas of mechanical/ HVAC, electrical power, refrigeration, civil, structural and architectural to all capital projects. He started his career at Campbell as the corporate Civil, Structural and Architectural Engineer.
Prior to Campbell, Chas worked in the commercial construction industry for over 23 years rising from Project Engineer to Project Director with several construction management and real estate development firms in the Philadelphia area.
After earning a degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, Chas served on active duty in the US Army as an Engineer officer, later transitioning to the US Army Reserve and retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.

She is currently driving the largest capital investment at Cytiva as a Program Manager with a capital value of $600M+ to ensure strategic security of supply of the resins portfolio by bringing online manufacturing capacity in the USA. Darrah’s responsibilities at Cytiva include: coordinating efforts in the value stream mapping of existing manufacturing processes throughout the manufacturing supply chain, technology transfer of selected processes to new geographic locations in full compliance to the codes and standards of the selected locations, development, and control of project requirements to the triple constraints of project management time, quality and cost throughout the lifecycle of projects from concept phase through startup and commissioning phases.
